This Privacy Notice describes how we collect, use and disclose the personal information from visitors, registered users, and licensed users of our Mixa.live Inc website, our platform services, our cloud services, and our downloadable software products (each a “Service” and collectively “Services”).

Our platform services, our cloud services, and our downloadable software products collect information related to your device (such as CPU type, amount of RAM, amount of storage memory, video capture device, audio capture device, audio playback device, GPU type, screen resolution, operating system, mobile device model, and network status such as stream health/quality, CPI utilization, and memory utilization, stream duration, camera settings) to help us analyze, improve and optimize our services and products.
F. Log file information
When you use our website Service, our servers automatically record certain log file information, including your web request, Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, referring / exit pages and URLs, a number of clicks, and how you interact with links on the Service, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed, and other such non-personal information.

8. COPPA - Children's Privacy
We do not knowingly collect or solicit any information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to register for the Service. The Service is not directed at children under the age of 13.
In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe that we might have any information from or about a child under 13, please send a communication to the email address in the Contact Us section.
9. California Privacy Rights
Under Section 1798.83 of the California Civil Code ("Shine the Light" law), residents of California have the right to request from a business, with whom the California resident has an established business relationship, certain information with respect to the types of personal information (as defined by California law) the business shares with third parties for those third parties’ direct marketing purposes, and the identities of the third parties with whom the business has shared such information during the immediately preceding calendar year. 10. Governing Law; Venue
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. You hereby submit to exclusive jurisdiction in the federal and state courts of New York. You agree to receive service of process through e-mail, certified mail, or by other means sanctioned by law, and you expressly waive any claim of improper venue and any claim that such courts are an inconvenient forum.
